  2. 1 Cup Besan
  3. 200 Gms. Bottle Gourd
  4. 1tbsp. Oil
  5. to taste Salt
  6. 1/4tsp. Peprica
  7. 1tsp. .Ginger Chilli Paste
  8. 1/4 Cup Coriander
  9. 1/2tsp. Cumin Seeds
  10. 1tsp. kishmish
  11. 1tsp. Sessme Seeds
  12. 1/4tsp .Jeeralu
  13. 1/4tsp .Chaat Masala
  14. 1/2 Cup Curd
  15. As required Few Curry leaves
  16. 1 pouch Eno
  17. 1 Chopped Chilli
  18. 2tbsp .Rava
  19. 1/4tsp .Citdic Acid
  20. 1/2tsp .Asofoetida
  21. as per need Beetroot Pomogranate dip Coriander Rasa to Serve

Instructions to make to make Sandwich Dhokla

  1. STUFFING:-
    Heat oil in a cooker.Crackle Cumin Seeds add asofoetida ginger chilli paste salt curry leaves turmeric powder cumin coriander powder saute.Add Peel and Chopped Bottle gourd. 1/2Cup water. Make 3-4Whistle.
  2. Open the lid.Transfer in a plate.Mash it and add chaat masala sessme seeds chopped coriander chopped kissmiss.Mix it well. STUFFING is ready.
  3. JOWAR Flour BATTER;- Mix Jowar flour rava and salt. Heat Oil tempered mustard seeds asofoetida ginger chilli paste curry leaves.And mix in a Jowar flour mixture.Add curd 1Cup water and prepare a dhokla batter.
  4. For Besan Batter :-
    Mix besan rava curd ina bowl.Add citric acid Oil salt sugar and cover.keep a side for 5min.
    Open add eno pouch and 1tbsp.water. beat it well.
  5. Grease Oil in a dhokla Plate.Pour besan better.cook for 5 Min.
    Now spread Bottle gourd Mixture evenly.and spread jowar flour better on it. Sprinkle Peprica.
    Cover the lid and steam for 5-7min.
  6. Take out from steamer. Cut in to pieces. And Serve with beetroot Pomogranate dip and coriander rasa.
    Tasty Healthy Sandwich Dhokla is ready to serve.
