  1. First we will wash and peel the beetroot.
  2. Now cut it into small pieces. Now take a grinder jar put all chopped beetroot in it and make a smooth paste of it and keep it aside.
  3. In a bowl take whole wheat flour and ghee mix it well.
  4. Add prepared paste and mix it very well, now add little water at a time and keep kneading till you get smooth and soft dough. Cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes again knead 3-4 times to make it smooth.
  5. Divide into small pieces and deep into dry flour and put on the rolling board. Start rolling till you get circle of even thickness.
  6. Heat the tawa on medium flame. Once hot place rolled roti and cook for few seconds when small bubbles comes on top flip it and cook another side for few seconds those bubbles will get bigger.
  7. Now we will flip it again and with the help of cloth gradually it will be puff.
  8. Now we will applying ghee on all roti
  9. Cabbage sabji:-
    First of all wash and cut all the Vegetables. Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When they begin to crack add chopped onions, chopped chilies and potatoes and fry it until come brown colour.
  10. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry it for 2 minutes now add black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, and chopped tomatoes and salt and fry it for 5 minutes now add chopped cabbage now fry it till oil comes out from it.
  11. Add some chopped green coriander leaves in it
