Now add one tablespoon of ghee.fry grated beetroot for 10mins on medium flame till the raw smell is disappeared.now add milk, elachi powder and sugar to it.
- When oil oozes out. Add fried cashew nuts, almonds and raisins.switch off the flame.
- Khova : pour milk into Kadhai. let it boil. When the milk reduced to 1/4 add sugar to it. When it becomes thick switch off the flame.
- Dough : Mix maida, Sooji rava and pinch of salt in a plate.add some water to it.knead it by adding little water. The dough should be harder than chapati dough. Now add 1 teaspoon of oil knead the dough again.
