  8. 1 tsp soy sauce
  9. 1 tbsp red chili sauce
  10. 4 green chilli, chopped
  11. 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  12. 2 sachets Maggie magic masala
  13. 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
  14. 1/2 tsp vinegar
  15. 3 tbsp + 1tsp cooking oil
  16. Salt as required

Instructions to make to make Veg Chowmein

  1. Boil enough water with salt and 1 tsp oil, in a wide kadhai. Boil the noodles. (not so soft)

    Wash the noodles in running water, spread to evaporator excess water.
  2. In a wider pan,heat oil. Add and saute the minced garlic and chopped green chilli.
  3. Add chopped onion and saute, till transparent.
  4. Next add the chopped veggies, except chopped capsicum. Sauté for two minutes.
  5. Add the chopped capsicum and required salt (sauces have salt) and stir fry on high flame.
  6. Then add vinegar, sauces and boiled noodles. Mix carefully the veggies and noodles. Now the spicy chowmein is ready to serve.
