Ingredients and spices needed to prepare mashed potatoes: -
- 250 grams of all-purpose flour
- 1 large potato
- 1 pepper
- 1 cent of salt
- 3 tablespoons of oil or butter
- 1 water
- 1 cup oil to taste
Steps to prepare poori potato
- First take a pot and boil water, salt, turmeric powder and potatoes (cut into small pieces) and cook the potatoes. (Take 2 or 3 large potatoes)
- Fry in flour, salt, pepper, oil or fat (use butter for best flavor) until boiling.
- Cut the potatoes when they are well cooked.
- Mix the mashed potatoes with the flour mixture.
- Then add a little water and knead until you get a smooth dough.
- Then make small balls with the pan.
- Use a flat surface and put some flour on it. Then make the dough and knead it with your hands.
- Then take a roller and roll it.
- Heat some oil in a deep pan.
- When the oil is ready, add the bagir collected to the pan and fry until golden brown.
- Serve with curry. Or like me with eggs.
