- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped tomato
- 1 tbsp grated beetroot
- 1 tbsp cabbage grated

- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp pav-bhaji masala
- 1 pinch turmeric powder

- as needed Oil to cook
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Steps to make to make Masala Omelette
- Heat oil on a wok. Fry the chopped onion till translucent. Add minced garlic and saute till the rawness is gone.
- Add the chopped veggies (beetroot and cabbage). Saute till half done. Then, add chopped tomatoes, turmeric and salt. Mix well.
- Add the red chili powder, ginger powder and pav-bhaji masala. Set the cooked masala aside.
- Crack the eggs. Beat them with chopped chili, a pinch of salt, milk and make a fluffy batter.
- Add the cooked masala, green coriander and mix well.
- Spread and heat the oil on a skillet.
Spread the veggies masala batter evenly. Cover with lid and cook till done. - The masala omelette is ready to serve with roti and cheese.
