  1. In a large saucepan, pour the chicken broth over the potatoes and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, but still firm. About 12-15 minutes. Drain, cool and cut into 1/4 inch slices.

  5. Pour the broth to achieve a homogeneous consistency. Add cream, pepper and cashew seasoning. Boil and boil until slightly thickened. 5-10 minutes. Stir in the cheese. You can continue cooking to thicken the sauce, but keep in mind that the sauce will thicken as you enter the oven.
  6. Powder the pan with a non-stick pan. Pour a little sauce into the pan, add the potato layer first, then the onion layer. Cover with sauce.
  7. Repeat the process for the second level. Place the pork on a steak. Cover with foil and place in oven at 400 F. Bake for 20-40 minutes, frying according to the thickness and comfort of your pork. You want the internal temperature to be 145 F.
